the future lorekeeper in zinnia's absence. doesnt really like his job, didnt want it in the first place, spends more time on shiny hunting than his actual duties, but he generally has his people's best interests in mind. especially when a certain pokemon called deoxys comes out of hibernation and he makes it his life's goal to eliminate it.
